I've found a design of a possible Unidad Popular flag, and I made the drawing which might be correct.

Variant without "UP"

It also exists a flag/designs of the 1964 presidential campaign, it exactly the same draw but without the "u p" words, and the "v x a" (vota por Allende, "vote for Allende") is the same.
